2. Is my pet's breed not listed?
We're very sorry! We currently offer a wide selection of different pet breeds and coat colors. We are constantly expanding our options to cover all varieties. If the right breed or coat color is not available, we also have products where you can add your own photo.
3. What should I consider when choosing a photo for products with custom photos?
When selecting your photo, make sure it is well-lit, preferably with natural daylight and no flash. Your photo should also be sharp and not edited beforehand. Please note that we cannot check every order, so choosing the photo is your responsibility.
4. Can emojis and other special characters be printed?
Nein leider nicht. Emojis, chinesische oder kyrillische Zeichen etc. können leider nicht gedruckt werden. Alle Buchstaben der deutschen Sprache können verwendet werden. Schaue deshalb unbedingt in der Bestellbestätigung nach, ob alles passt.
