Refund policy
A. Right to Cancel Information

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to either their commercial or their independent professional activity:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alexander Metzger, Staufenstr. 5/1, 73061 Ebersbach, Germany, Tel.: 07163-2067977, E-Mail: info@pfotensegen.de) by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right to withdraw before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
We bear the cost of returning the goods.
You must bear the loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling that was unnecessary for examining their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
Exclusion or early expiration of the right to withdraw
The right to withdraw does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
